Ancient Tree Forum - Summer meeting, Suffolk June 14th-15th
Join the ATF on a introduction to Suffolk’s tree culture. Visit with the ATF Sotterly Park – one of the great parks of Suffolk, Staverton – a site every ancient tree lover should see and Little Glemham – a wonderful park being cared for by a very sympathetic owner. Ancient Trees & Oak Apples at Kenwood Sunday 8th June Kenwood Park, London NW3
This English Heritage event uses Kenwood’s oak woodland as a backdrop to explore the cultural significance of ancient trees. The walk and talk includes the opportunity to gild an oak gall and commemorate Oak Apple Day. Booking essential.
