This photo of the King's Oak has kindly been sent to us from our Key Contact in Denmark, Flemming Rune.

He says "I enclose a recent picture (from Sunday 16th May 2010) of the King’s Oak in Denmark, maybe the oldest, living oak in Europe (slow-growing, girth 14,1 metres, but just a ruin through 200 years).

I have photos of the 100 thickest oaks in Denmark (all more than 2 m diameter).
